SUMMER PHYSICAL EXAMS
The summer months are fast approaching along with the sports for this season. If your child is due for their annual health supervision exam in the upcoming months, please call the office to check availability and set up a time convenient for your busy family.
Please remember that we cannot sign any forms for patients who are not up to date on their annual exams.
As a reminder, our Forms Page is available to provide additional information.
SCHOLARSHIP CONTEST OPEN!
Our Annual Parker Pediatrics & Adolescents $500 Scholarship Contest is open and accepting applications from graduating seniors who plan to go into the healthcare field.
Any graduating high school senior who is, or has been, a patient of ours may apply by completing and submitting an application.

The form can also be obtained by stopping by our office. The deadline for the applications will be Friday, April 26, 2024. The winner will be announced during the first week of May.
