Staff

Our staff consists of hard-working, dedicated personnel who are chosen very carefully and trained diligently. Continuous training occurs during monthly staff meetings, as well as evening in-services.

Many of our staff have been with us for years as part of our Parker Pediatric family. During the year, we have many employee functions out of the office, including a summer picnic, numerous sporting events, department socials and our annual Holiday party.

Our management team includes Tracy Stam (Administration) and Brooke Alumbaugh (Nurse Manager).  More than 20 additional support staff are employed between various departments, including:

• front office (reception and scheduling)
• back office (nursing and medical assistants)
• medical records
• insurance/billing
