HAPPY SPRING BREAK!

Spring is finally just around the corner – although it seems that it may play a little come and go for a while yet.

We hope our patients and their families are enjoying a break from classes and a chance to get outside with the milder weather, and if traveling on vacations, wishing you safe travels to destinations and home.

PHYSICAL EXAMS

We have opened the summer physical schedule.  So if your child is due for their annual physical exam in the upcoming months, call the office to check availability.

Reminders have been sent out for April, May, and June.  July will be sent in the upcoming days.   If in doubt, you can always call the office to check the due dates.

As a further reminder, patients need to be seen yearly for a physical exam, and be up to date for the current year, in order for our office to sign any forms, including sports/camp participation forms.
