Our sincerest thanks to our families that participated in this year’s Best of the Best campaign. Our goal is always to ensure that we provide the best care possible to your children.

SUMMER ACTIVITIES ARE RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER

With the summer camp and sports season coming up quickly, in order for us to provide forms, prescription refills, or referrals, your child(ren) must be current on their annual physical exams.

For any forms that have been completed previously, these are available in MyChart and are good for one year. If a specific form is required for upcoming activities, please provide this via MyChart or e-mail so that it can be used to fulfill your request. Be sure to complete all parent portions of any form before submitting.

Options for reviewing due dates:

• Use MyChart to check the date of the previous year’s exam. If scheduling through MyChart, you will be prompted to schedule one day later than the previous year’s for insurance coverage purposes.
• Call the office to inquire about when the previous year’s exam occurred. You can then schedule at that same time.

We have started opening our schedules out one year, so you can schedule next year’s exam while in the office.

Laurel is now seeing patients and her schedule is open. Use MyChart to check availability, or call the office to schedule an appointment. She is also now available for TeleHealth visits as well.
