SUMMER PHYSICALS FILLING QUICKLY

The summer wellness exam appointments are filling quickly. If your child is due for their annual physical exam during July or August, contact the office, or use MyChart, to secure an appointment time that is convenient for your family.

Remember that we cannot sign forms, make referrals, or fill prescriptions for any children who are not up to date on annual exams.
