Huge Welcome to Laurel Eiber, PA-C

We are pleased to announce the addition of Laurel Eiber, PA-C to the provider team at Parker Pediatrics & Adolescents. She will begin seeing patients in the coming weeks.

Laurel is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and building strong, lasting relationships with patients and families. As a former collegiate swimmer, she enjoys encouraging healthy habits, confidence, and overall wellness in children and teens and believes in supporting patients through every stage of growth and development. She is excited to join Parker Pediatrics and Adolescents and looks forward to caring for families and becoming part of the community.

Annual Physical Exams

In order for us to provide forms, prescriptions, or referrals, your child(ren) must be current on their annual physical exams.

With Spring sports coming up quickly, you may want to check on the status of these annual exams before requesting any forms.

Options for reviewing due dates:

Use MyChart to check the date of the previous year’s exam. If scheduling through MyChart, you will be prompted to schedule one day later than the previous year’s for insurance coverage purposes.
Call the office to inquire about when the previous year’s exam occurred. You can then schedule at that same time.

We have started opening our schedules out one year, so you can schedule next year’s exam while in the office.
