Summer Physicals

Hard as it is to believe, we are halfway through the summer months and school will be starting before we are all ready for it.

In preparation for returning to school, if your child is due for their annual physical exam in either July, August, or September, we highly recommend that you get an appointment on the schedule before the start of fall sports and school activities. These can be scheduled by calling the office or using the MyChart app to check availability. If scheduling using MyChart, be sure to schedule after last year’s physical date or 366 days.

Any sports/camp participation forms that were completed in the past year for your child are available on MyChart. These are good for 365 days. New forms will be completed at the annual exam and uploaded to MyChart.

Super Saturday Physicals

We have scheduled our Super Saturday Physical dates;

·    Saturday, 08/02/2025

·    Saturday, 08/09/2025

These are typically reserved for our middle and high school patients who are due for annual physicals and need forms completed for sports participation, but exceptions can be made for younger patients if needed.

We have also added limited additional Saturday dates through the end of August in order to accommodate those patients needing their exams for school. Again, either call the office or view the options on MyChart.
